GDM setup in Ubuntu server

This video shows GDM setup in Ubuntu server, this will enable “terminal service” in ubuntu. That is if you want to use Ubuntu as Linux server with Enjay ThinClients you should do as shown in this video, then only your clients will be able to connect to this server.

One more important note : pl. check if your firewall is not going to block this service / port  (GDM)

LPT jetdirect printing in Ubuntu server

This video shows how to install LPT jetdirect printer in Ubuntu server and take print from client. That is if your printer is connected to Enjay ThinClient, and you need to install that printer you will follow this procedure.

This should allow printing from all the Thin Clients as well as server also, further you can also share this printer for other Windows Users.

USB printing from Ubuntu server
