In this, the third video of Sangam CRM, we explore how to use Variables in Templates to send SMS, Email or WhatsApp from the CRM.
- If you have not yet seen the first video on CRM Templates then check this out.
- Concept of Target Module (the one on which you make the template) and Related Modules (all parent modules of the Target Module).
- Use Variables from the Target Module (i.e. self module) and variables from related Modules.
- Use these variables to send SMS, Email and WhatsApp Templates.
- All the modules which have Contact details (Phone Numbers or Email IDs) can be used for sending Variable based Templates.
